After successful stints as a china & crystal shop owner in Doylestown, PA., and a Cadillac car saleswomen in Palm Springs, CA., Patsy Donahue Wagoner convinced her husband of one year, Donald, to start a seafood take-out restaurant (her dream developed by her days cooking with her grandmother) in up and coming Laguna Niguel, CA., in 1984.

With time, this adventure evolved into a sit-down seafood restaurant and then into a full fledged Irish Pub & Restaurant called “Patsy’s,” serving some of the best food, reasonably priced, in an atmosphere of fun and gaiety…A real Irish Pub reminiscent of the traditional pubs in Dublin, Galway, Wexford and Shannon.

• Friendliness between the fun-loving patrons and Patsy’s employees.

• The local hangout where the “Craic” is always prevalent.

• Delicious food with an emphasis on Irish/American cuisine and 40 items on the menu, plus desserts and coffee drinks.

• Karaoke every night, bringing musical pleasure to all of Patsy’s customers.
